About the author
Dr Ann Montclaire has an extensive career in counselling. Her PhD studied emotion, revealing it as a valuable messenger, consistently alerting us to debilitating judgements that cause emotional pain to ourselves and others. A major goal of Ann’s work is assisting people to raise awareness of the subconscious beliefs that drive self-doubt and to work towards more compassionate thoughts, beliefs and actions to improve the quality of life for all.
